
On April 21, fiction writer Benjamin Markovits will present "Fictional Truths: A Talk and Reading." The event will be be in held in the Tom Lea Room in the Harry Ransom Center at 3:30 p.m.
Benjamin Markovits grew up in Texas, London and Berlin. He has worked variously as a professional basketball player, a high school teacher, and a freelance writer. Usually, he lives in London and teaches at Royal Holloway, a part of the University of London. But he's in Cambridge for the year, on a fellowship to the Radcliffe Institute. He has published four
novels; the most recent, A Quiet Adjustment, is out now in hardback.
