Matt Harvey has been an English advisor since 2001. He is also the administrative associate for the Actors From the London Stage program. Matt graduated from Denison University in English with a writing concentration, then went on to acquire an MFA in Creative Writing (Poetry) at Texas State University. He is happy to talk about literature and writing with students in addition to reviewing degree requirements.

Andrea Giachetti  joined the English Undergraduate Advising team in summer 2007.  She is an Academic Advisor and the Program Coordinator for the English Oxford Summer Program.  She considers herself blessed to have a career that involves two of her favorite things--working with college students and cross-cultural experiences.  When she is not in Parlin Hall, Andrea enjoys traveling, playing guitar, and hanging out with old and new friends.

Shannon Barry joined the advising team in fall 2007.  In addition to making appointments and referrals, she also coordinates various undergraduate English events and assists with writing contests and scholarships.  Shannon enjoys, among other things, cats, photography, yoga, biking and a mean game of bowling.
