Maxence is pursuing a Ph.D. in French Studies and is a Walther Scholar at the University of Texas at Austin.

He has been studying in multiple universities in Europe and in the United States, such as Bucknell University, The University of San Francisco, Aarhus Universitet, L'Université François Rabelais de Tours or l’Université Catholique de Lille, where he earned a B.A in French and European History and started a M.A in French as a foreign Language.

Maxence taught French as a T.A at the University of San Francisco, Bucknell University, and Marselisborg gymnasium (Denmark).

He aims to start an interdisciplinary research focused on contemporary French literature and the evolution of the French identity and culture.
