Introduction of frequently asked GIS data processing methods
The GISc Center in the Department of Geography and the Environment often receives questions from beginner or intermediate GIS users regarding particular techniques to process vector or raster data. This workshop aims to compile frequently asked GIS questions and common data processing techniques in order to provide general guidance for users in various research disciplines.
Join the GISc Center's workshop on Thursday, November 12 at 4:00 pm in GRG 206 - Holz Remote Sensing Laboratory for an interactive presentation of GIS methods.
The workshop will demonstrate a variety of tools and extensions in ArcGIS, along with several real-life project examples. Participants are welcome to share their data and specific project questions to inspire discussions about how GIS can be used as a powerful technique.
