Satellite TV Feed Established at UT
The Department of Slavic and Eurasian Studies at UT Austin has a 24/7 satellite feed to two Russian language channels (NTV and NTV+) and three Polish channels (including Polsat).
Contemporary programs are being recorded and edited for instructional purposes. We intend the system's use to provide a nice focus for both socializing and language practice in our student lounge/seminar room Calhoun 422.
