D. Checking on the status of your application

There are two ways to check on the status of your application for admission.

  1. Call the University's Telephone Enrollment Exchange (TEX) at 512-475-9950 on a touch-tone phone between 8 am and 5 pm, or 6 pm to midnight. Select option 11.

  2. Check on the Web.

In both cases, when you identify yourself by your student ID number (usually your Social Security number); you will be informed of the status of the application, any documents not yet received, and of any decision which has been made.
