Course Description

Undergraduate Honors Racial and Ethnic Politics The purpose of this course is to provide an in-depth analysis of the role of race and ethnicity in political behavior. Through the examination of the extant literature, this course intends to create a greater understanding of the contexts racial and ethnic groups exist and how these contexts shape their actions in the political world. The course will primarily focus on racial and ethnic politics in the U.S. contexts, but will also integrate research in the comparative political literature.
