Course Description

This is an Introductory course on American Government and Texas politics. The course covers the basic structures of the American government, concentrating on federalism and the separation of powers. It introduces the student to the inherent powers of each of the three branches of government, and examines their relations and interactions.

Grading Policy

Final grades in this course will be made up of three examinations grades, each of equal weight. Test one February 22, 2008 Test Two March 31, 2008 Test Three May 2, 2008
