Course Description
Contains a substantial writing component and fufills part of the basic education requirement in writing. Fundamentals -- leadership, key institutions, cultural change, leading tensions under the Peopleís Republic. Chinese foreign policy covered in GOV365L or ANS 361 (survey) and GOV 338L or ANS 361 (paper).
Grading Policy
10-page paper (50%). Four exercises. Map exercise. No exams.
