Course Description
Fulfills second half of the legislative requirement for 6 hours of American government. Offered on the letter-grade basis only. May be taken for credit only once.
Survey of Texas political history from Spanish Texas to the present.
Grading Policy
3 in-class multiple choice exams no final exam An exam may be missed for medical reasons only. A make-up exam (essay type) will be given only if the student presents a note signed by a physician. No Q-drops will be given after the second exam. No one will be admitted to an exam any later than fifteen minutes after it begins. Exam 1 and Exam 3: 30% each of the final grade Exam 2: 40% of the final grade
