Course Description

Contains a substantial writing component and fulfills part of the basic education requirement in writing. Principal contemporary political institutions in the UK, France, Russia, Japan, China, Brazil, South Africa, and Iran (eight significantly different forms of democracy, and one authoritarianism).  Substantial Writing Component.
