Curt Nichols, who recieved his Ph.D. in 2009 and is now assistant professor of political science at Baylor University, is the 2010 recipient of the department's first Best Alumni Paper at the Annual Midwest Conference. Curt's paper is: "The Presidential Rankings Game: Critical Review and Some Unexpected Discoveries."
