State Representative Dan Branch (R-Dallas) will return to the Speaker Series on Thursday, February 3, 2011, at 3:30 PM to discuss the daunting array of issues before the recently convened Texas Legislature. Rep. Branch chaired the House Committee on Higher Education in the 81st Legislature, and is widely expected to chair the committee again in the 82nd Legislature. Join us for an afternoon of frank discussion of the challenges facing the legislature in higher education and other areas.
