David Williams, "Ideas and Actuality in the Social Contract: Kant and Rousseau"

David Williams received his Ph.D. from the UT-Austin Government Department in 1999 and is currently Assistant Professor of Political Science and Philosophy at the University of Wisconsin--Stevens Point. He has published in Telos, Polity, and the Journal of the History of Ideas, and in 2003-04 he held a fellowship at the University of Wisconsin--Madison's Institute for Research in the Humanities.
