Education: Professor Galbraith received his A.B. degree from Harvard and M.A., M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees from Yale.
Research interests:
Among Professor Galbraith's teaching and research interests are economic inequality, economic policy analysis, comparative economic policy, history of economic thought, and modern political history. Professor Galbraith has taught at the University of Maryland and has been at the LBJ School of Public Affairs since 1985. He directs the University of Texas Inequality Project
, an informal reseach group based at the LBJ School.
