Course Description
Course will study the transfer of religious traditions from Western Europe and Africa to British America, where they interacted with the religious traditions of native Americans to create before 1800 the religious foundations of the American republic. There will be much use of music.
Grading Policy
Each of the two hour exams, 25%, final exam, 50%
