Course Description
Explores the history of nuclear weapons in the United States since 1945, taking account of political, diplomatic, intellectual, and cultural dimensions. Contains a substantial writing component and fulfills part of the basic education requirement in writing. Course number may be repeated for credit when the topics vary. Seminar in history: discussion, reading, and research in a small class. Partially fulfills legislative requirement for American history.
