Course Description
This course is designed to supplement the graduate seminar offerings. When a topic of special interest to a student of Middle Eastern history is unavailable at the graduate level, but taught as an upper-division undergraduate course a student may make special arrangements with the professor to take the class for graduate credit. The student must attend all lectures, take all examinations and in addition write a paper of graduate quality. Permission of the instructor is required.
