Talk: "Émile Henry's Bomb at the Cafe Terminus: The Origins of Modern Terrorism in Fin-de-Siècle Paris"

The Institute for Historical Studies will host a talk by Dr. John Merriman, Charles Seymour Professor of History at Yale University, entitled "Émile Henry's Bomb at the Cafe Terminus: The Origins of Modern Terrorism in Fin-de-Siècle Paris."
The talk is based on Merriman's latest book, The Dynamite Club: How a Bombing in Fin-de-Siècle Paris Ignited the Age of Terror, published in 2009 by Houghton Mifflin.
