"A first look at a more complex pictures of Functional Understanding with Casual Mechanisms"

Dr. Cat is an associate professor of History and Philosophy of Science at Indiana University. He is the author of Maxwell, Sutton, and the Birth of Color Photography (2013), and Otto Neurath: Philosophy between Science and Politics (2008).
