Welcome to the History Department at UT

The History Department is located at the geographical and intellectual heart of the campus in Garrison Hall. Almost all UT students take a history course during their undergraduate years. This web site is designed to introduce you to the many courses, programs and activities that we offer. On behalf of the faculty, staff, and students, I would like to welcome you to our department.
