Biography

My research focuses on 20th-century Mexico, in particular post-revolutionary state-formation and Church-State relations, as well as politics and Catholic lived religion under the single-party Priísta regime. However, I have broad historical interests spanning multiple continents and time periods. In addition to academic endeavors, I enjoy travel, photography, boating, and spending quality time with family and close friends.
