Graduating to Graduate School
Master's and Doctoral Programs Welcome Students from Linguistics

The Department of Linguistics is proud that a number of our undergraduate majors are now heading to graduate programs around the country:
Samantha Gordon (B.A., May 2012) will join the doctoral program in linguistics at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
Derya Kadipasaoglu (B.A., May 2012) will also be moving to the University of Southern California, where she will join the doctoral program in psychology. USC has awarded her its most prestigious fellowship, the Provost's Fellowship.
Amanda Meeks (B.A., May 2012) will enter the doctoral program in psychology at the University of California Santa Cruz in Fall 2013.
Grace Momberger (B.A., December 2011) has been accepted into the master's program in Speech-Language Pathology in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders here at UT Austin.
Udelle Robinson (B.A., May 2011) will be joining the master's program in linguistics at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC.
Congratulations to Samantha, Derya, Amanda, Grace, and Udelle! We are confident that they will excel at their new universities.
