Course Description

This is the first in a sequence of four courses. The five skills of listening, speaking, reading, writing, and culture are treated with varying degrees of emphasis. The focus will be placed more on listening, speaking, and culture. To encourage writing and vocabulary use and buildup students are required to maintain a daily journal in Arabic to be handed in on Mondays.
