Arabic Studies Major
A major in Arabic studies requires eighteen semester hours of upper-division coursework in Arabic, including Arabic 322, 330K, 330L, and 360L. Only courses conducted primarily in Arabic may be counted toward the major. The minor for Arabic language and literature majors requires twelve semester hours, including at least six hours of upper-division coursework, in any one field of study in the University. Six of the required twelve hours must be taken in residence.
