Degree Plan for Hebrew

Foreign Language Requirement

Hebrew majors must complete the College of Liberal Arts foreign language requirement in Hebrew.

Hebrew Major Requirements

24 hours of upper-division Hebrew, including 18 in-residence:

  1. Hebrew 321 Hebrew Grammar
  2. Hebrew 322 Introduction to Hebrew Literature
  3. Hebrew 325 Advanced Conversation & Composition
  4. 15 additional hours of upper-division Hebrew 

Hebrew Minor Requirements

12 hours in one field of study, including 6 upper-division hours and 6 in-residence hours.
