PSY 341K • Introduction to Early Childhood Intervention

This course has been designed to appeal to students who have an interest in working with young children and their families. When a child is born with a disability or exhibits a developmental delay the child and his/her family may qualify to receive a range of services from the State for up to three years. These services are provided by Early Intervention Specialists and other ECI personnel. The primary aim of this course is to provide you with an orientation to the Early Childhood Intervention program.
