PSY 304 • Intro to Child Psychology

This course will provide an introductory understanding of childrenðs social, cognitive and physical development from conception through adolescence. The focus will be on normal development; however common developmental disabilities will also be discussed.
Throughout this course, you will learn to think critically about research on child development as well as find ways to apply research to your own experiences and observations. I welcome you to contribute relevant examples from your own life, from the media, or appropriate sources about the topics we are discussing.
