Course Description
This course concerns how children develop socially, with a focus on parents' role in their children's development. We will study basic issues in parent-child relationships, as well as address controversial topics, such as: To what extent do parents effects their children?; Is physical punishment harmful?; and Should parents be licensed before having children?
Contains a Substantial Writing Component Partially fulfills Area II requirement in psychology
