Course Description
This survey course will serve as an introduction to the field of psychology. Particularly, it will introduce to specialty areas within psychology, including biological, developmental, sensation/perception, cognitive, clinical, and social psychology. You will leave this class with a greater understanding of the science studying behavior and many of its major findings.
A lecture format will be employed to explore these topics. Attendance to all classes is expected.
Grading Policy
4 multiple choice/short answer exams during the semester = 80% Unannounced quizzes/assignments = 20% An optional-cumulative final will replace your lowest grade, if taken.
