Course Description
Provides an introductory survey of the theories and methods of psychological science. Topics include: biopsychology, consciousness, learning, cognition, development, emotion and stress, intelligence, personality, abnormal psychology, therapy, and social psychology. Extra-credit option: Students may write a case concept note on a topic of their choice in psychology.
Grading Policy
Four objective exams (multiple choice and true/false). Extra credit option (case concept note). No final exam.
