Cool Talks explores 'Human Mating Strategies'
Fri, September 6, 2013 • 7:00 PM - 9:30 PM • WEL 2.224
ESI would like to invite any and all Psychology-associated groups to attend Hot Science – Cool Talks on September 6th, and participate in our pre-lecture fair on UT’s Campus. Our events typically draw about 500 people, and provide great exposure for Psychology groups.
The lecture begins at 7:00 p.m. and a pre-lecture fair begins at 5:45 p.m., all at Welch (WEL) Hall, Grand Hallway and Auditorium (Room 2.224). We have a wide range of people who attend the fair, including high school students, undergraduates, and allied social science, research, and support organizations.
For the pre-lecture fair, ESI would be happy to reserve FREE table space, linens, a small sign with your organization’s name on it, and we can provide access to electricity if you need it. Interactive displays work great, and learning activities for students attract even more foot traffic. Fair setup begins at 4:45 p.m. on Sept 6th. To reserve space please contact firstname.lastname@example.org .
ESI would be happy to also reserve a couple seats in the lecture hall for you as well. Please feel free to forward this invitation onwards to those whom you feel would be interested in participating.
