Peter MacNeilage to retire in January 2011

Peter MacNeilage, professor of psychology in the area of Individual Differences and Evolutionary Psychology (IDEP), will retire from the Department of Psychology in January 2011. "Peter has been an active member of the Department since his starting here in 1972. His research elegantly integrates findings from linguistics, cognitive science, anatomy, and psychology into an evolutionary framework that informs our understanding of speech, handedness, and hemispheric differences in behavior."
