UT Student Chapter of RSA Releases Podcast
Posted: January 17, 2014
Thanks to a grant from the Rhetoric Society of America, the UT student chapter of the Rhetoric Society of America has just unleashed its inaugural episode of Mere Rhetoric, a general-interest podcast about the history, movements, terms and people who have shaped the field of rhetoric.
The podcast aims to reach advanced undergraduate students in rhetoric, graduate students, or anyone who is interested in learning more about rhetorical history. The first episode, "What is Rhetoric?" focuses on how different definitions of rhetoric have developed throughout rhetoric's long history. New episodes that have been recorded on topics such as Isocrates, speech act theory, Kenneth Burke and Errors and Expectations will be released every Thursday.
