RUS 329 • Reading Russian Literature

Course Description

The objective of this course is to increase advanced reading and conversation skills through close reading and discussion of the major short works by Russian writers of the nineteenth century. Background lectures by the instructor will be kept to a minimum to allow maximum student conversation.

All readings, class discussion and written assignments are in Russian.
