Course Description
This interdisciplinary, team-taught course provides a broad overview of the history, politics, economics, societies and cultures of Russian, Eurasia and Eastern Europe. This course consists of -- guest lectures given by UT faculty members affiliated with CREEES -- discussions led by the coordinating instructor Students will have an opportunity to meet a wide variety of CREEES faculty members, gain general knowledge about the region and exposure to the many resources for the study of the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe at the University of Texas.
