SOC 317M • Introduction to Social Research

Course Description

This course presents the application of the scientific method to the social sciences. Students will learn the logical steps for conducting valid research, from developing a research question through measurement, data collection, and analysis. Students will also develop technical research skills that can be applied to a diverse range of future careers.
