Course Description

This course focuses on areas and issues related to the training and practice of professional sociologists. It will cover topics ranging from planning a graduate career, collaborating with faculty, research ethics, and conducting research to publishing and getting a job. Training seminar is held Friday mornings. The last hour of the course, we are joined by visiting faculty and colleagues throughout the University for the Brown Bag Lecture.
