Associate Professor Robert Crosnoe won the 2007 Early Career Award from the Society for the Study of Human Development (SSHD), a multi-disciplinary professional society dedicated to the study of the full span of the human life course and its applications to human development policies and programs. The award is given periodically to recognize scholars in the early stages of their career who have significantly contributed to the study of human development. Dr Crosnoe's research on the educational experiences of children and adolescents was his contribution. The award was presented at the 2007 Biennial Meeting of the SSHD, which was held at Pennsylvania State University in October.
