Graduate Student Receives Prestigious Research Award

Graduate Student Aida Ramos has received a Constant H. Jacquet Research Award from the Religious Research Association. The award will help with the data collection for her dissertation "Schools, Community, and Religious Volunteers: The Role of Faith-Based Organizations in Providing Social Support to U.S. Mexican Youth." The Religious Research Association is an interfaith and international association founded in 1951 with over 600 members including college, university, and seminary faculty; religious leaders; organizational consultants; laypersons; and other professionals interested in the intersection of religion and society.
