Awards
Sociological Insight holds an annual paper competition for all papers published in that year's issue. Monetary prizes are typically awarded to the top three papers. A panel of faculty judges determines the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
The winner of the first place award typically receives $300; second place receives $100, and third place $50.
All manuscripts that are accepted for publication will be considered for these awards. Authors of co-authored papers will share the specified monetary award.
