CIBER Symposium on Teaching Business Language: Tools, Resources and Methodologies for the Classroom - Professor Orlando Kelm

This symposium for current and prospective language faculty will discuss the benefits of introducing or adding business language courses into your curriculum and identify tools, resources and methods to help you make the transition.  Speakers will introduce technology resources and methods for business language education, and discuss the way business cases can be used to enhance language teaching.  Plenary sessions will be followed by breakout sessions that identify resources relevant to particular languages.

Location: Student Activity Center Building, rm. 2.120 on The University of Texas at Austin campus (convenient parking available in Brazos Parking Garage)
Who Should Attend:
·       Language faculty and graduate students interested in introducing business language teaching into your curriculum or gaining access to innovative teaching methodologies and tools
·       Institutional representatives interested in trends in and opportunities for providing business language coursework
