Previously, Professor Zimic has published several books on the works of Cervantes, such as El teatro de Cervantes (1992); Las Novelas Ejemplares de Cervantes (1996); Los cuentos y las novelas del Quijote (1998, 2003); and, Cuentos y episodios del Persiles (2005). His book De esto y aquello en Cervantes is composed by several unpublished chapters. These studies aim to make Cervantine topics accessible to a wide audience.
