Prof. Carcamo-Huechante awarded Fellowship

The Department of Spanish & Portuguese congratulates Assistant Professor Luis Carcamo-Huechante, who won a Raymond Dickson Centennial Endowed Teaching Fellowship for the 2012–2013 academic year!
The Dickson Teaching Fellowship recognizes teaching excellence in the College of Liberal Arts. Students and faculty nominate full-time faculty members who have taught for two or more years; a selection committee of three faculty members choose five or six recipients based on student and colleague recommendations, teaching effectiveness, and teaching philosophy, among other criteria.
