The interaction across the Taiwan Strait after 1949 is a process of transformation from a Deadlock Game to Prisoner's Dilemma Game. The dilemma is the "one China" issue. The main problem is how to establish, maintain, and deepen mutual trust under this dilemma. The 1992 Consensus is probably only a temporary solution. If we take the US into account, a good US-China-Taiwan relation requires the promotion of a stable triangle and peace of East Asia.
