"Why Choose a Creative PhD: The doctoral experience in Australia and the UK"

Professor Jeri Kroll will be presenting just after the spring break on Tuesday, March 24 in the Atwood at 5pm.

Jeri's talk is entitled "Why Choose a Creative PhD: The doctoral experience in Australia and the UK" and will outline the differences in Australia and the UK between masters and doctoral study and about why writers choose to do the PhD. Jeri will include a discussion of what research in creative writing means. The talk is really geared for our creative writing graduates students but might be of interest to our faculty as well.
