James Melton is an assistant professor at IMT Lucca, Italy. Melton is a comparativist with an interest in public law and methodology. He has written on various aspects of comparative constitutionalism, human rights, and party systems. He is based in Chicago this year as a visiting professor at the University of Chicago School of Law.
