Gender Symposium presents a talk

This is the Gender Symposium's second major lecture of the year featuring Assoc. Prof. Leslie Reagan of University of Illinois. She will be talking about the 100-year period between the 1870s and when abortion became legal in the 1970s.

Reagan's lecture will be based on her book which has won numerous awards. She will also be including her latest research too. Reagan focuses on the workings of governmental institutions and laws at several levels: local, state, and federal.

This talk is co-sponsored by the Center for Women's and Gender Studies and is part of a joint effort to garner more attention for Women's History Month.
