Tips for Assignment Documents-Student Academic Titles

 General Information

When assigning student positions in HRMS, please use the following guidelines for the "document remarks" section of the HRMS assignment document.

  • For pooled student positions, type remarks into the Remarks section of the assignment document.
  • For non-pooled positions, type remarks into the Document Remarks section of the assignment document.

Tip! If you need to reassign a student to a position continuing in same position (for example with a new semester's assignment), you please choose the Assign link to create a new assignment document rather than the Modify link.
