When assigning student positions in HRMS, please use the following guidelines for the "document remarks" section of the HRMS assignment document.

• For pooled student positions, type remarks into the Remarks section of the assignment document. 
• For non-pooled positions, type remarks into the Document Remarks section of the assignment document.

Student Assistant (0074)

• HRMS Doc Remarks: briefly state duties and office

Student Associate (0075)

• HRMS Doc Remarks: briefly state duties and office

Senior Student Associate (0076)
